It is operated or controlled automatically, punching, cutting and roll forming the products exactly according to the length, quantities, pucned holes and holes distance the clients set on PLC Control.
2)The machine consists of feeding guide, levelling device, 2 punching devices, hydraulic cutter, quick-change roll former, electrical control system and hydraulic system etc.
3)This machine is driven and transmitted by a reducer motor and frequency converter, exact control on speed, length and position.
4)This machine has a beautiful look, and high efficiency (forming speed 20m/min max).
