Over five years already 'KL Nami' Ltd. works to realize its customers dreams about a comfortable, warm and ecological house. Construction services cover a full cycle of works: from design and stressing calculations to an assembly and a turn-key finishing, including manufacturing and delivery of materials for an assembly, assembly itself on a turn-key basis, consultations on site, procedural works on all delivered constructions.
Both production and construction detachments work in a close interrelation and with ... a single centre of responsibility before the customer, thus providing the utmost of the services in the field of construction and guaranteeing that the customer gets a completely ready solution implemented on the highest level of quality, from one supplier.
The elements are produced using stick frame technology. Timber used in frame have 16% humidity and C-24 Class stressgrade. We provide using in frame glue laminated wood too. The frame have been insulated with various species of insulation (wood wool, rock wool, eco wool). All the timber parts are produced using CNC precutting technologies. Every single timber part have been precutted and marked before assembling in factory.
From outside external wall elements (approx.55-65 EUR/sq.m.) are covered with wind protection plate and ventilation laths for outside finishing or Steico plates ready to rendering. Inside of frame PE foil have been used for moisture protection and vertical laths for communication. To provide proper moisture protection PE foil have been taped together with Siga tapes.
The top of the ceiling elements (approx. 35-40 EUR/sq.m.) are covered with 22mm OSB3 or latvian birch plywood, to provide black floor directly after assembling. Frame have been filled with 100-200mm sound isolation. The pipes for ventilation, toilet and other communications can be installed in prepared openings. The placement of communications have to be provided from customer.
The top of the roof frame elements(approx.40-45 EUR/sq.m.) are covered with materials depending of roof finishing materials (OSB, plywood or laths). Insulation(225mm) are covered with waterproof wind protection membrane DeltaMAXX . The membrane is fastened with laths. The bottom of the frame PE foil have been used for moisture protection and vertical laths for communication. To provide proper moisture protection PE foil have been taped together with Siga tapes.
