The Niger-Delta Development Commission (N.D.D.C) under the supervision of Federal Ministry of Niger Delta (F.M.N.D) wants to purchase (UREA 46% N) from a reputable Suppliers & manufacturers companies for NDDC development projects in oil producing communities of Nigeria. The Ministry is inviting interested suppliers/manufacturers to participate in BIDDING for the supply of the above mentioned. I mailed to inform you that your company stands a good chance of winning the contract with the reliable contacts I have in the Ministry.
T ...hey are my colleagues that work in strategic positions in the Commission. But, all these are conditional on an agreed COMMISSION for me, when you have successfully executed this contract. NDDC was established in 2000 with the mission of facilitating sustainable development of the Niger Delta into a region that is economically prosperous, socially stable, ecologically *sing with the various oil mineral and gas prospecting and producing companies on all matters of pollution, prevention and control.
If you are interested and can undertake this contract, after going through the bidding with other companies bidding for the same contract, Please provide me with your CIF/FOB prices for consideration by the principal buyer.
