General product information

The MBF system consists of fibrolite panels that serve as permanent formwork for the concrete. The load bearing construction is made of heavy concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete or foam concrete filling. Whereas the MBF system ensures easy and comfortable construction and low construction costs and the MBF system combines the load bearing capacity of concrete, the thermo and sound isolating qualities with fibrolite and DFP thermo insulation qualities and the necessary load bearing capacity during the process of laying the concrete.

It is possible to apply the MBF system for all load bearing constructions: external walls, internal walls and coverings. The system is applied for family houses multi-storey living houses, building for agriculture, household buildings, public buildings and factories.
By carrying out the construction works with the MBF system the premises are secured against rapid cooling down in winter time and overheating during the summer;
Building with the MBF system the houses will have the microclimate characteristic to wooden buildings;
The fibrolite absorbs noise and provides good acoustic isolation and promotes vaporization during the hardening and drying process of the foam concrete.
