Wood wool creates the volumetric structure of fibrolite boards, ensuring both the porosity, and strength. Due to the opened structure of the pores characteristic feature of fibrolite board is low thermal conductivity coefficient. Therefore using fibrolite boards can be effective solution for heat insulation of external constructions.For each facade, the type of fibrolite must be selected depending on the material of wall and design features, and also on the destination of building.
Taking into account physical singularity of the wooden buildings, for such constructions should be used only regular fibrolite boards without the polystyrene (HWL or F).
For heat insulation of stone and concrete buildings can be used both regular fibrolite boards (HWL or F) and three-layered fibrolite sandwich panels with built-in polystyrene (DFP/3).
Different fibrolite boards can be used for thermal insulation, construction strength and sound absorption at once in roofing and parking lot ceilings.
During the heat insulation of buildings using fibrolite:
Raises the mechanical strength of the facade.
Productivity of labour rises, since with the plates of this size it is possible to easily equalize uneven surface and together cover large area.
Since fibrolite boards have a good capacity of steam permeability, the enclosing construction functions correctly (walls can breathe).
The heat insulated external wall to some period can be left without the finishing. Fibrolite is resistant to the precipitation and the ultraviolet truction do not damage termites and voles, it does not decay.
The technology of heat insulation of external construction using fibrolite boards is accurate the same as with the use of other thermal insulation materials (foam polystyrene or mineral wool).
