Our principle technology is focused around the creation of PCE Super plasticiser which is a new polycarboxylate based superplasticiser powder. It is a specialised polymer designed mainly for use in cementitious applications and we have the ability to supply over 5,000 tonnes per annum. We offer 4 versions of this powder, the principle difference being the length of the polymer backbone which leads to different levels of slump retention and 3 Level of Liquid PCE Super Plasticiser.

A typical dosage range would be between 0.05 0.5% by weight of dry cement and, as a rule of thumb, it is used at 1/3rd to a 1/4th the dose of melamine powders .

This can replace napthalene Formaldehyde Condensate,Sodium ligno sulphonate and Melamine Formaldehyde condensate.
